Bechamel sauce is a traditional Italian Sauce usually made to accompany pasta or serve as a dip. Commonly known as White sauce, the main ingredient in this sauce is Milk. Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 3 cups milk
- Salt
- Black pepper

Preparation:
- Melt the butter in a pot
- Add the flour and move to a low flame
- Keep stiring
- Gradually add the milk
- Once the sauce thickens, add the salt and black pepper
